That’s why, as a houseplant seller, we chose the harder path: selling healthy plants, being honest about their condition, and never chasing profit at the expense of quality.

1. We Only Sell Plants That Are Ready to Live in Your Home
Every plant in our stock goes through a quarantine and observation period of at least 7–14 days.
Why? So we can be sure there are no hidden pests, root rot, or shipping stress that hasn’t recovered.
If there’s a yellowing leaf, we’ll tell you. If there’s a scar, we’ll show it clearly in the photos. We don’t hide anything. You deserve to know the plant’s real condition before you decide to buy.
2. Healthy from the Roots, Not Just Pretty on the Leaves
Many sellers focus only on making leaves shiny with leaf polish. We don’t.
We check the growing medium, inspect the roots, and make sure the plant has adapted to the mix we use.
We formulate our own soil mixes: well-draining, airy, and tailored to each plant’s needs. Philodendrons get an aroid mix, Hoyas get a fast-drying medium, and we mount Platyceriums on tree fern so the roots can breathe.
A healthy plant shows in strong roots, not just in temporarily glossy leaves.
3. Honest About Names, Origin, and Care
Every purchase comes with a short care card: light, watering, soil, and specific tips. If you’re confused about anything, just message us. We reply — we don’t disappear after payment goes through.
4. We Support You Until Your Plant Thrives
Buying a plant from us isn’t the end of the transaction. If your plant wilts for no clear reason within 7 days of arrival, send us a photo or video. We’ll help you diagnose it. If it’s our fault, we’ll replace it or find a solution.
We also regularly share care tips, propagation guides, and pest control advice across all our platforms. Our goal is one thing: to help your plants live, not die the next week.
5. Honest Pricing, Clear Quality
We don’t play bait-and-switch pricing. The price reflects the size, level of variegation, and how difficult it is to grow.
Some plants are affordable because they’re easy to care for. Others are pricier because it took 2 years to grow them to that size. We’ll explain why, and you decide.
